Exercise, Bible study, healthy eating, house chores....... so far so good - but the real world comes back into play tomorrow with a stressful job - hope I can keep it up!

    emoticon Prioritize whats really important to you and let the rest be attended to as you are able. Being healthy and enjoying what you have is what's important and none of us can do that if we are also trying to do too much.
