emoticon Ok my fellow Done Girls, Sisters in Sweat, and Accountability Buddies!...heres my day today. I ate 748 Calories today and burned 561.


Today, if you read my Stress Blog describes what I did and what stress i had...lol but as far as me in general..i washed clothes, finished my MED SURG study guide, cleaned my dirty car out, got the kids medicines, and...made Chicken Tortilla Soup (Spark Recipe) YAY ME!! , and went to the gym for water aerobic boot camp for 1hr with my mom emoticon we chit chatted in the hot tube afterwards to relax our muscles from that vigorus workout. It was awesome and i loved it!! I eased my way into the hot tube since i dont even take hot showers...i dont like hot water...LOL...but when i was submerged from bust down...for about 20-25mins...i was cooking...and i felt all flushed and lightheaded...lol so i got out..and my mom says.." you were looking kinda red!" LMBO ayeyayae i love that lady! It was nice spending some time with my mom...i missed her! emoticon And my knee DONT HURT NO MORE!! thats a plus!! -So i came home ate my dinner and Sparked it UP!! emoticon and them imma hit the hay and make sure i get my 8 hours of beauty rest! I have to work in the morning...and then off to school.

    I know...i usually try and get in 1,200-1,400 calories in...But i am eating all day...I am certainly not starving..thanks for your awesome concern...My emoticon When i try to get to 1,500 calories i feel like a little piggy. emoticon

    I am kind of concerned about you not eating enough calories...I was told by my cardiologist that we should at the very least eat 1500 calories....

    I hope you aren't starving yourself hon.

    Well I know it has been a little bit since I was blogging on here. But This week has started off emoticon I was the Done Girl of the Day yesterday!! I was so excited to have that honor!! Since it hasnt been more than a month that i have been active on the team! But i have met so many wonderful women thru the DONE team. I have never been more motivated in my life the way i am motivated with them. Seeing so many success stories it is awesome and i want to be the SUCCESS that i have seen!! Since i have some down time here at work, i am catching up on my blogs. emoticon

    Well..It has been 3 days since i have blogged...and on thursday i was really stressed about my last final for Med-Surg, but i went to my aqua fitness class and I was an emotional WRECK for my final!! emoticon But it is over and I am better! I passed. Thats all i wanted..and Friday I was soooo..emotionally drained and lethargic i didn't SPARK at all!! emoticon I just was not in the mood..or did i have any motivation. I had a stressful week with finals. BUT TODAY I woke up better and went to Aqua Bootcamp and ROCKED IT OUT!! It was SUPER INTENSE today...i havent sweat that much EVER!! Our instructor got us good! emoticon And today is my last saturday to CHILL out before another 3 month stretch of Work, and Clinicals till 11pm start 5 days a week.. emoticon I know i can do it..I JUST DID it this past quarter...So i am playing CATCH UP with my blogging and journaling.     Today was a good day! I went to the gym, and did the Aqua Fitness Class. Took the hunny and it was so funny...he could not keep a balance for his life!! That Noodle kicked his butt!! Too funny the lil older ladies were laughing at him...im sure they enjoyed his company! Then i came home and studied..(Well tried to get into studying) But how ever long it too me i did it!! Then I did the 10minute Boot Camp Cardio workout with Coach Nicole...that kicked my butt!! Then i was off to take my test at, did an awesome job i think..there were about 12 i was iffy on...but that's not bad outta 100...So its looking good! Pretty stress-less day! And got awesome news....I will be off on FRIDAY ALSO!! AHHH...im so enjoying my time off from work!! I wish i could stay home and cook for the kids and go to school at night...and not work...but until i finish LVN school, and start the RN program in October...i shall have to wait and endure more LLOONNGG DAYS...

    Loveee the Spark Recipes ;) Great job! Make sure you are eating enough calories! If you don't, your body may go into starvation mode :)

    So, not a Done Girl or a Sister in Sweat...but I can help keep people accountable with the best of them. So, I do not need to remind you that your calories are way to low, as someone already reminded you of that. I agree with FALLINTOFLIGHT that this can be a good jumpstart...but it should not be a long term thing. You body will fight you back and you will find your weight loss stagnant.

    Enjoy time with family. My entire family, outside of wife and kids, live in California and I do not see them very often - at least not often enough. Enjoy the time!

    I cut my calories down when I eat clean, it CAN be a good jump start but shouldnt be consistent ;] As for spending time with your mom *heart* this. I just dropped mine off at the train station and wont be seeing her for another yr and 1 month... get all the time you can with her especially involving fitness, and working towards your goals! Happy 2012 sparkly!
