I let my weight get back up a bit after emotionally eating during a really hard time late last year... But 2012 brings a new start so here I am and here I go!
eat no more than 1400 calories per day
Exercise 3 times per week
I'm keeping it simple, that seems to be right on my level. I'm also not going to have any mini goals this time, because I don't want to reach one and fall into the same trap I did before when I reached a goal a full month early so I "took a month off". And then essentially took an entire year off. This time I have one goal which is 112lbs by December 31st, 2012. I am looking forward to what this year will bring! Here I go!
