I Have to say that yesterday was a better food day but today not so much. I will have to redo my plan for this week so here goes.

1. 64 oz of water daily

2. No snacking

3. No seconds

Today was just a mixture of all of the above. I couldn't stop drinking (water) I couldn't stop snacking (on anything including the 2 ho-ho's I ate and the massive amount of liverwurst) and I have another bowl of soup though I'm so stuffed that I could only take a bite or two and it's just sitting. I have no clue what is up but I just felt so hungry none stop. Hopefully the rest of the week goes by way better...or quicker!... whichever. :P
