Trying A New Saturday Water Class

Tomorrow I will start a new Saturday deep water aerobics class. I have been doing deep water aerobics on Tuesdays and Thursdays after completing my regular water aerobics class. I'm finding that I like the challenge of the deep water a little better than working out in 4-5 feet of water. The instructor for this class will be different than the instructor for my Tuesday/Thursday classes. It will be interesting to see what kind of workout it will be. I kind of enjoy having a variety of instructors in my water classes. Every instructor tends to have her own style and focus. My muscles get worked in a variety of different ways because of it. This keeps my workouts fresh and keeps me from working the same muscles in exactly the same way all of the time. One of my workout buddies has been asking me for several weeks to join her for the Saturday class. I called her today to let her know that I would finally be joining her. She was very excited but said that she has to go to a funeral and won't be able to make it tomorrow. I'm still planning to attend by myself and am fairly certain that I'll run into some members of my Tuesday/Thursday classes, so I should feel comfortable.

I've been coupling these workouts with the January Jumpstart Challenge workouts. Since I had a little difficulty with the video for day 5, I've been able to pinpoint some weak areas of my body. My intent is to build some more strengthening as well as additional aerobics into my program. Adding this Saturday class is the first step.
