Starting Over and the 5k Challenge

Ok here I am again. More prepared this time. Started on Jan 2nd I have tracked every piece of food I have put in my body. Today is the beginning of week 2 for the new me. I lost 14lbs last week....weeeheeee!!! Today I will begin the 5k challenge my goals in the next few weeks are as follows.

- Blog my 5k progress
- get better at blogging
- Track all Food and Calories
- Track all and any fitness
- Run In A 5k before the 2nd week of April
- Find a 5 k and sign up for it

    14 pounds is a massive weight loss, despite what the biggest loser would try to tell you.

    Preparation is definitely key. Nothing like looking for lunch choices and having nothing but junk in the pantry!
