OK, here are my Forest ABC's! So excited to get this round going!
A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you? Yes, especially if I’m competing as a part of a team
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie?(long time BLCer)? Former BLC team(s)? Goldie! This is my 5th round – 4th as a Pixie. My first round I was an Amazon Warrior
C is for CHILDREN...you have? Zero. I do have a plant – assuming it has survived during my vacation
D is for DOWNFALL...what's your biggest temptation? Oh, hmmm…my biggest temptation is taking the easy way – whether it be skipping exercise, skipping water, or reaching for the first available food when I’m hungry
E is for EXCUSE...what is your most famous? How can we help you overcome it? My most famous excuse is “I deserve ___”
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? No…I wish, though!
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? I do most of my shopping around the edges of the store, so I usually have dairy, freggies, and meats in my cart. Whether or not the freggies make it into me is a different matter.
H is for HOME...what state do you call home? I call Mississippi home, but I am living in Japan now, so I also call Wakkanai, Japan home.
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? My Pixie friends!
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? I am an Assistant Language Teacher – I visit English classes in Japan to give the students a chance to hear native English, communicate with a native speaker, and learn about different cultures
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your focus when short on time? Meal planning
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? Ummmmmmmm…I plead the 5th
M is for MOTIVATION...Which gives you more, Mirror or Scale? SCALE!
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? Erm, well, it was an easy one to think of
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? Again with the 5th…though I’ve been drinking more the past few days
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? 2-5
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? …going to have to think on this one…
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? I try to get in quality exercise 3-5 days a week. I’m hoping to increase that in this round
S is for STATUS...Married, Single, Involved, Other? Single.
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Japan Standard Time – when daylight savings time in the US is not in effect, I am 15 hours ahead of CST (where my family lives)
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? Playing the ukulele, traveling, and blogging
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? Hmmm…I would like to go to St. Petersburg in the summer for the White Nights. Or maybe Morocco. I love Moroccan food!
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? Yes, but I’d like to step it up. I haven’t seen much in the way of results, and I am very squishy
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I’d like to see myself become more confident and less squishy
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you allow choices to push you forward or dwell on them? I tend to dwell
Z is for ZERO...name one thing you couldn't live without? The internet – my computer crashed about a week before I came home for the holidays, and it was a trial!
