Life is too short.

Tuesday, January 10, 2012

May 13, 2011 my dearest friend Mari Langdon passed away. Jan 9, 2012 my Aunt Donel Passed away. Both died from pneumonia.

But I've learned a VERY important lesson. Life is too short to put things off. I'm bad about putting things off and procrastinating.

I have been putting off things for far too long. I have decided that make changes. I know I've said this ALOT, but it's a new year and it's GOING to be a NEW ME!!! I'm gonna lose this weight, get healthy, change my lifestyle around. I've gotta teach my baby how to have a healthy lifestyle.

I'm very thankful for the support system I've had so far and continue to have. Thank you.

Now I have lost about 6 lbs since I weighed myself about a week or 2 ago. I have been drinking less sodas and more water and I'm trying to cut them completely, I'm not munching all night (mainly cuz there isn't any food in my house to munch on. lol), and I'm walking more and more.
I have noticed a change in myself, I have more energy, I don't dread waking up each day, and at times I'm able to keep up with my little girl.
Thank you to everyone who's been supporting me and pushing me.

I am going to do this!!! No more putting things off!!!!!
