Weight Loss

My goal #5 to loose 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a month is going to be a hard one for me. I seem to have been hovering around the same weight for a year now. 2 Years ago I was loosing 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a month and I was very happy with it. So now I have to get serious and try to figure out what I need to do to do it again. Doesn't sound hard but it is a strugle. Just think though 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a month = 18 to 24 pounds - perfect!! I need to focus!!

    I can identify with this. I had been on a plateau for quite awhile- nearly a month. Then I upped my weights and the weight started to come off once again. It takes commitment and forcing yourself to exercise even those times when you do not feel like doing it. Also tracing your food t make absolutely sure you are staying within those nutritional guidelines

    why does it sound so simple yet seem so stinking hard...YOU can do it! You are an exercising maniac!!! Water? Portions? figure out your weak link and fix it and it will I'll choke down my own advice LOL

    I just got through a plateau, I had to really refocus on my exercise as well as my diet.

    I hear ya! I have a goal of losing 3 lbs per month and I have to fight for every one of those. I'm gonna have to kick it into high gear, to make it for Jan. We can DO it!!!
