Yesterday's bad decision

So....I've been doing really great. Exercising and staying within my calorie range almost everyday. And feeling great. But yesterday I slept late, pigged out, drank about a liter of diet pepsi (after a week of only 1 soda) and didn't work out. I can't even remember all that I ate. I know there was wings, mini tacos, cookies and candy involved. By the end of the day I wasn't feeling good. At all! I slept horrible last night and feel very sluggish and queasy this morning. I have puffy eyes and my tummy hurts. I wanted to write down how awful I felt so the next time I think about abandoning all my good work I will think twice. It really wasn't worth it. The food didn't even taste that good.

Now to get back up on the horse. I had a very yummy healthy breakfast and am about to work out. I am looking forward to a better day today!
