Another week

I have planned my week of meals and exercise. I have made plan to stay active and still have down time to relax and have some fun. I did some cooking so this weeks meals are ready or almost ready. I bakes boneless and skinless chicken thighs this time to see how they are with butternut squash and broccoli....I'm thinking the broccoli might be a bit mushy but we shall see.
I have beef stew in the crock pot, that should be good for 2 dinners and 1 lunch for Gary. I use10oz of lean beef sirloin and add extra veggies to cut back on some calories....this time I added butternut squash in place of carrot because I have a lot of it....
I made 2 weeks of steel cut oats fro my breakfast, froze in 1/2 cup servings , so I have just the right amount for each breakfast. boiled 14 large eggs so I can have 2 egg whites in the early morning before my workout, they are good protein but not to heavy and only 34 calories, I don't care for the flavor of the yolks, so our dog gets those with her fish oil, she just loves them and wow what a beautiful coat she has....
