I started a new challenge today- Lose 30lbs by June 30th. ya, it's a stretch for me but the people are motivating and I want to try. My Double Your Jumps in a Month challenge died. It was sad. But I met a great gal from it! My neck is still hurt so jumprope is not happening. But I did manage to clean boats and ride my bike yesterday.
I work today which I am NOT looking forward to but I will try to make the best of it.
I am excited about this new challenge.
I noticed that a lot of people do spinning classes or elliptical every day. I don't do sweaty, hard exercises like that so I wonder if I would lose weight better if I pushed myself harder? I can't right now because of my neck but would I lose weight better? There is no gym or machines around here, just walking and rowing. I do want to take up belly dancing on video. That is supposed to be a killer workout for the abs.
