I have been having some really good days. nothing exciting is going on. But I am feeling content and good about myself, my life and people around me. I'm eating good and not struggling, I'm sleeping good. I'm exercising good too...
I feel good....and it's nice to know there are times like this.
I read in one of the spark heath articles that in fact when we are tired we tend to want to eat more, we have more appetite, I just knew it. So maybe the one of the easiest things to do is get more sleep. Well sometime not so easy but it is something we can work on.
