Mid-Week Check

After a horrible weigh-in Saturday I thought it would be worth doing a mid-week check on my goals.

Exercise: I got in about 9,000 steps on Monday, walked on the treadmill for 30 min. on Tuesday and today I spent an hour at the gym. Walked for 25 and then used resistance machines that I hadn't touched in awhile.

Carbs: I didn't do well with this on Tuesday, but otherwise I've been making progress.

Calorie Range: holding steady

Ending Soda: I had one Sunday and Tuesday. Not sure why when it really isn't tasting good. Getting there slow but sure!

Bible reading/devotion/prayer: Check.

Food Intake: Meal planning is still going well with healthier items. I actually got the weighing and measuring going on Tuesday and have continued it today. Whoo Hoo!

Team Challenges: Ongoing.

Very thankful I took the time to go through this today. I was thinking things were going fairly well so it is good to know I was right. Progress! Intentional Progress!
