I'm doing pretty good with the 3 goals I set for myself. I slip up a little on the snacking after dinner goal, but not bad...I'm not snacking like I was before! I have been exercising 3 days a week...maybe not early in the morning, but at some point during the day. And I've volunteered every Saturday this month and will be going again this Saturday.
A medium-term goal was met recently...I became a member of American Humane Associates Red Star Team. The Red Star team is a disaster animal rescue team.
