The Joy..Of Appreciation!

I'm out of my self imposed blogging block...Even though I sparked daily...cheered
On my many spark friends...read many other pages...leaving little notes of cheer
Did my exercises with walking... ...skipping ....And
dancing to my music at home .....I felt as though i'd run out of .....
important things to blog.......I decided to kick start my 2012...with the January
Challenge to ignite my Spark again lol...Sometimes between work and home duties...it seems as though a day is cut in half...and you wonder where did the Time Go.....So it was a surprise...with feelings of utter warmth and joy...never did i think i'd be noticed...To be thought of by...The 'spark members' as one who...
was a 'Motivational Member'.....This is deeply heart warming to me....and accepted with much ...and the Icon on my page... .
Definately the ...to bask in my quiet glow of cool inspiration... ....Spark People....Keep the illuminating flames of Health.. and
