Time for the next month

January was good. Lost 9 pounds and feel good about it. I want to stick to it though. This first week in Feb I will not be because I will be on vacation. Directly after I get back though its time to buckle down and keep dropping pounds. No pop, no fast food, keep eating out to a minimum, and keep increasing my jogging time and speed. I am going to try to cram more fruit and veggies into my body as well. Yay!! Go team!
