Biggest loser

I started playing the biggest loser challenge on my wii a couple days ago... I am doing 6 days per week for 60 minutes on a 12 week program. It's so fun, but my muscles are SORE!!!! Hopefully when I complete this program I'll be able to move up from challenging to intense (or whatever the next intensity is) but I'll probably drop my session time from 60 minutes to 40 minutes. I've been thinking about going for a jog but when I get home I just want to eat and watch futurama. Maybe I'll jog on Sunday... Or tomorrow... Who knows? Anyway, I'm pretty tired so I'm going to hit the hay.
