Son arrives safely back at Ft. Hood Texas from Iraq Nov. 9, 2011... priceless

Son arrives safely at home for Christmas in Pickens, SC on Dec. 12, 2011... priceless...

Son provides us with a beautiful daughter-in-law on Dec. 22, 2011... priceless

and with all that, I was still able to lose 12 pounds over the holidays and keep it off!!! (not quite priceless, but very, very nice)

    They make a very Beautiful couple--and love the fact he got married in his Uniform--how proud of him you have to be! And to top that off, you had a really good weight loss. . .I'd say Life is going good for you. I sure appreciate your son and all the military for the sacrifices they have to make so each one of us lives safely in a free Country. Kind regards and well wishes for the Newlyweds.

    Only members of the Cavalry Divison are authorized to wear the Stetson, and then, it must be according to the Army's stric requirements. It was a whirlwind! Thanks again for your kind words.

    Wow! That was a whirlwind of activities! Beautiful Bride, and your son is so handsome in his uniform...I never saw that type of hat, with a uniform. emoticon

    And Kudo's to you for losing weight...nearly impossible over the holidays, but adding in these other activities would make it harder! Nice Work! emoticon emoticon
