Long time no blog...

So I am still working on trying to hit 200lbs and it is a constant struggle. The good news is I have maintained around 226lbs for over two years now. I finally moved down town and have a nice walking commute to the office.
Running: I am up to running 3 miles on a tread mill. It is not terribly fast it I am making progress.
Fitness: went rock climbing with some friends. It was frightening but I did OK. I hope to sprint more for hockey and run more for endurance.
Hockey: I made a goal earlier this year! It was pretty exciting. I am watching more stars games and playing NHL 2012 XBOX for hockey karma ;)
