The weight keeps coming off slowly buy surely. I'm down to 151.8 . I'm thinking of adjusting my goal weight up to 150- even talked with my doctor about it. We think 140 would be too thin for me. I'm down to the low side of size 14, feel good, and have plenty of energy (for an old lady!). I think I'm going to keep eating as I have: 1500 well balance calories / day. If I go lower, so be it
