Photo food journal 1st week

The idea is that taking pictures of what I eat will help me make better choices. Now that I am tracking calories I make some cuts during the day so I can do my 10 PM snack. I know most of my SparkFriends are women and are smaller, so having to stay below 2,500 calories probably does not seem like much of a challenge for you. (You amaze me!)
It is difficult to get every picture, so a few of these are fakes, but just a few. The biggest plus of the photo jurnal is talking to the people I eat with about why I am taking pictures of my food. Almost everyone is positive and my wife and my business partner are now actively supporting me.
One funny thing that happened twice this week is the server in the restaurant setting my plate in front of the woman nearest me at the table. Like they were thinking the burger and fries must be for the big guy and the lady gets the salad.
