Doing well so far

Just posting to give an update. I really have to get back into posting every day. But I thought this would be a good time because it's the dreaded Valentine's day filled with chocolates, candies, and all sorts of fattening foods. My job is having a potluck today and tomorrow there is another pizza party. It is so testing my strength and will power.

I am on R3D11 and so far have lost 15.4 pounds. I am fitting back into my size 12 jeans without having to suck in the gut or lay on the bed to get them on. LOL. It's a big reminder of what I am trying to do. I have been a bit hungier at night but that's because I am not going to bed at the nine o'clock. I did have two cheat days which I thought that I was going to see a stall for doing so. I had gone out on Saturday with friends with the intention of going home and to bed at 9 PM. Nope didn't work that way. I stayed out until 1 am. By 11 pm, I was feeling dizzy and weak. I had to do something and the only things that were around to eat where junk but I took a small handful of jellybellies and five preztel sticks. Within 30 minutes, I was feeling better and was able to finish the night having fun with friends. That has taught me that I need to keep some fruit in the van so that if that happens again, I can at least have healthly instead of all the sugar.

I was thinking of posting a video that I had done just before my car accident. It's just sitting on the laptop. It was kinda of an angry post because of the way people that I liked were being forced to go into hiding just because they were doing the hCG diet. Going to give myself another 24 hours to make my decision.

    I agree with Jibbie, you're doing this for yourself and no other. Use that delete button, it's very empowering to make negativity disappear.

    I wouldn't bother posting that video, since you just need to work on yourself and NOT let the HATERS get to you about the diet. Keep your post coming.
    I am sure you got feeling weak since you stayed out to one and you needed that snack with all the activity. BUT, you are right about keeping GOOD snacks in your vehicle. An Apple or Orange would have done you for a "pick me up."
