Better Choice: Am I PROUD of Myself: YES....

Hi All,

I was in a slump and didn't know what I wanted for dinner, I had heaps of ideas but all pretty much unhealthy...So, what did I do???

Finally after much thought about the consequences etc, I decided on a healthier meal, than what I had intended.

I was going to send out for chinese, then pizza with crazy bread and dip but scrapped the whole idea and went for a healthier choice.

I ended up with 6 fresh fruits and veggies, potato and teriyaki chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, salad with low fat creamy cucumber dressing.

I even had room for dessert, a Valentine Cupcake with icing left over from the day I couldn't eat anything because of illness. Even with that I stayed well within my normal range of all nutrients and calories.

Am I PROUD of myself, you better believe I am, yay me... emoticon
