Have a healthy week, plan on it.
I made a pot of bean soup for the week for lunch, a nice hot cup of soup seems to calm me down, it can be relaxing too. Cut up my veggies too, I have added some celery to my cukes, red peppers and cherry tomatoes, it taking some getting use to, celery doesn't have much flavor but sure does have a crunch....
