Decide..Committ....S
UCCEED!!!! (The Remix)

Sunday, February 19, 2012

I originally posted this last year....sometimes I need to remind myself of these things....sad....but true!!!!

“Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.”

Hmmmm..there are a million ways to look at this one…huh..smiles.

Well during my workout this morning as I am turning on the Turbo Jam DVD, in the very beginning the words…DECIDE…COMMIT and SUCCEED scroll across the screen…this is so true…we first have to decide that we REALLY want this…

Then we have to commit to the lifestyle change…Without commitment, you won't be able to achieve the goals you truly desire. We have to put our lives in perspective. Everything is a choice, from how you feel when you wake up in the morning to whether or not you do that workout or eat right that day…..

Are you with me???

What is my true goal??

Are the choices I'm making going to help me achieve that goal????

Remember..... WE ARE WORTH IT!!!! WE DO DESERVE THIS!!!!

And most important WE CAN ACHIEVE THIS!!!!

We are taking this one day at a time..and we are going to continue to support one another!!!! Right???? smiles

Finally I ask you to……Be Proud Now....Don't wait until you reach your ultimate goal to pat yourself on the back! You have to celebrate all milestones crossed to get you to the next level....

Totally agree. I have to celebrate the hard work I've done over the past 2 years (lost 40 pounds but unfortunately gained back half). I've still managed to keep off 25 pounds and tone up my body in other ways. Thanks for this blog and good luck on your journey too!
