Visual cues for goals

I've read that you are more likely to meet goals if you write them down and post them where you can see them on a regular basis. I made several copies of the following and have it posted in places I look regularly (bathroom mirror, fridge, computer screen, bulletin board, bookmark etc.)
It's a bit of a code that came to me one day while I was running. The first line is the date of the marathon I am signed up for, which will be my second marathon: May 27th. The second line is the weight I am trying to get to by that date: 149 pounds. The third line is the time goal I have for the race: 4hours and 29 minutes.
Both the weight and time goal are achievable, but will take much effort between now and them. I'm hoping by having these constant reminders in visible places that the goals will really sink into my subconsciousness.
