After dinner snacking...I think I have an answer

I learned something last night. Do you realize how many TV adds are for food after 5 pm. Most of them. No wonder I have trouble not eating after dinner. it is the first time I take a break all day. I finally sit down and relax and guess what I get the munchies..Well last night I counted 29 food adds in about 2 hours of TV. WoW.....So it helps me to realize I am not hungry but I have been brain washed into thinking about food and so snacking. Just knowing that I am being targeted and telling myself I am not hungry and I don't need anything else to eat helped. I may have to read more and watch less TV if I really want to loose weight.
