DR's scales?? oh and I have bronchitis:(

Monday, February 27, 2012

Why is it the doctors scales are always 4-5lbs more than a scale at home?? Is it because it was late afternoon and I am fully dressed with a heavy winter coat? I have a digital scale that I feel is accuate. Anywho doc says I have bronchitis so will have to take it easy for a few days. I always heard it is ok to exercise if it is just sneezing and runny, stuffy nose but once it is in your chest you should rest. Any thoughts? Don't think I would have the energy to exercise and have not had much appetite either. emoticon emoticon

My scale always matches the scale at the Doctor's, you just go at a different time and have clothes on, etc when you are the Dr.'s.... trust me. It's the same, just diff. times, etc

I hate dr scales!! I hope you feel better soon. If you have no energy to work out, I would take a break. Let your body rest so you can come back and be nice and strong!!

Go home and weigh yourself with the same shoes and coat on. I think that you will find that you will weigh the same or close to the weight as at the Drs. emoticon . If you are like me you will weigh yourself first thing in the morning with very little on. emoticon emoticon
