The battle of the last few pounds

I am failing at eliminating after dinner and in between meals snacks for 40 days. So far it seems that I am focusing on that and it is making it even harder. So I have decided to try healthy fat free low cal snacks and see if I can manage the munchies.
This may be the last hurdle and why I cannot shed the last 10 pounds. I am pleased that I have changed the way I eat, I do include more veggies and fruit. I have tried to put more chicken and fish in the diet and even several all veggie meals during the week.
I am also exercising more and trying to spend some quiet time each day to reflect and meditate. Now all I need is to erase the hard drive in my brain that thinks I need to snack and then maybe I can lose that last 10 pounds and maintain a healthy weight .
