taking it easy

I have been hitting it pretty hard in the exercise department. I'm trying to use exercise as a way to help me with stress and other negative emotions. Sadness, loneliness, boredom, fear....and yesterday it caught up with me. My thighs were so sore I had a hard time sleeping last night. I suffer from leg cramps and no matter what I try they still happen. I have eaten more bananas, milk, I drink more than a gallon of water a day, I stretch, I massage, any way you name it I have tried it. My doctor has given me medication that made me feel worse. I have resigned myself to having cramps in my legs.
I was hoping that more exercise would mean better sleep....which I am very tired but can't sleep much from the pain in my legs. .So today I'm going to take it easy or at least try...I know resting is a part of a healthy lifestyle.
I also went back to my listing of positive things I did each day, some times we forget how much we do that is right, we tend to dwell what he do that is wrong.
One more kick I got today was the fact that my gear niece and her husband will be turning 40 this month....OMG how could that be possible.....it sure took my breath away I remember when she was born, a whole other story but it seems like it was a few years ago but not 40, she has 4 children of her own..lol.. the years sure do fly by...I'm trying to get the most out of what I have left.
So yesterday it was 60 degrees at noon, sunny warm and beautiful....at 4 when I was going home it was snowing and 37....boy we get it all in the same day. Today is cold cloudy windy. The weather calls for 70 degrees by Tuesday, I can't wait.....I see the tulip and other bulbs are coming up, spring is all most here..
