Life is Lived Best When Planned

Good Morning World!

Well it is now time to go outside and start my newest project. I am clearing an old fenced pasture (1/4 acre) in size. Why you ask? To make a really nice area for the fur babies. Mischkah (our Wolf) will love it. I'm leaving it as natural as possible. Just removing the biggest tree parts that fell during the tornado that hit Jan. 25.

The plan for the day is to work at this for a couple of hours. Then finish mowing. I guess it was part timers disease that made me forget how big an acre really is.

Its kind of like this journey to a healthier me. We all see only the Big picture and tend to focus on that. Had I made a plan, put the acre in sections and stuck to my plan. 1) I wouldn't hurt as bad. As I haven't had to mow a yard in nearly a year. 2) I would have been more successful, more productive.

Just as with SP life is a grouping of individual actions/activities that can all have plans. The success of this journey or any of life's actions/activities can have the best out comes with sufficient planning.

Planning is just setting a goal. A goal is simply the end result of a good plan.

Note to self...Plans are the road map to success.

    Just checking in on you.

I know what you mean about how big an acre can be. We own three homes in OK. I used to do the yard with a power mower for the "exercise". That was when it was only one half acre yard. Now with three good sized yards we have purchased a riding mower. Not that I don't get enough exercise weeding anyway. But, with the heat in OK and since we travel often it is a better plan.

It sounds like you get your share of exercise.

You have a good attitude. We are on a long road here. Even when we get to our goals we will be confronted with other issues. Today I read a blog about a girl at goal who says she gets comments all the time because she measures her food or asks for nutrition. People think she should put on weight. So, we have to be prepared for all of it.

Sounds like quite a challenge! I wouldn't have been able to do all that in one day. It is fantastic that you could! Great insight on plans and goals too!
