I follow "Done girl" on facebook and she was talking about a challenge today of doing 500 of something in a week. I think she is doing pushups this week. I decided to also do this challenge. I am going to do 500 crunches this week. I think in the next few weeks, I'll do squats, pushups, walking lunges, and I'll have to think of some more. I love a good challenge to keep me going!

Congratulations for finding a new way to push yourself. When you feeling strong and looking for more ideas you could always add Burpees to the list. We had to do 30 a day (I think) during the MOTIVATE challenge, and they were HARD! 3239 days ago
