Walking now sense The Weather Changed!

I am loving the weather, and I found a park near me has alot of nature around it and walking trails and it is safe. I would perfer to walk than any other exercise.
I walked 2 miles yesterday which is an excellent start for me.

    Hi Vickie! I also enjoy walking, but here in Michigan I'm limited in the winter. Lucky for me I work at a hospital with a gym, so I work out there most days after work. Good luck with your journey! emoticon
