Subs in Exercise Classes Change It Up

For the past week, due to spring break, we had subs in all but two of my water classes. I really enjoy it when we have subs because they tend to shake things up a little. The workouts were vigorous with loads of cardiovascular components. I'm to the point of needing to include some more vigorous moves in my workouts or I don't feel like I've had a good workout. Who would have thought a year ago that I'd be at this level now? I'm proud of myself for making such great progress!
