MY FIRST FITNESS COMPETITION MONTH 2 PROGRESS

Busy, busy times!! I got my exam results back last week and I passed my fitness theory exam which means I am a BCPRA Certified Fitness Leader :) - I can now register for my specialty module which is weight-training, that starts up in May.
My competition is fast approaching!! Only two weeks left to train! I am feeling pretty confident about all my events, and proud to say I can flip a 280lb tire unassisted 6 times!
I am getting stronger everyday :)
I lost 2 lbs and 1.5% body fat at the last weigh-in...Not thrilled about losing weight as I am trying to build muscle, my trainer says I have to eat more calories if I am going to continue doing the cardio - I think I will just cut back slightly on the cardio and add a bit more calories, if I add an extra 500 cals a day like she suggests I will be eating 2700 cals a day!! I can't eat that much.
