I haven't checked in for a bit! Things are going great! I've lost 34lbs since January 2nd! I've been working out at least 3 days a week, eating healthy, cooking a lot and trying out new self thought up recipes!
Tonight I made my own Turkey Meatloaf recipe. People LOVE it! If you look in sparkrecipes.com and search for "Tasty Healthy Turkey Meatloaf" you'll find it. Mmm! Here's a photo of my dinner tonight! Only 321 calories! I made mashed sweet potato with just 1 sweet potato boiled, 1 tblsp half and half, and a bit of pepper and garlic salt. Mmm!
