Day 3: Tracked, checked report, went to the gym, no diet soda
Day 4: Tracked, went to gym, no diet soda
Day 5: Tracked, gym, accidentally drank a mouthful of diet soda before realizing!
Day 6: Tracked, exercised at home, no diet
Day 7: Tracked, gym, checked diff report, took supplements
