Upping my exercise and back on plan

Just a note to say that I am on Leslie's 2 mile walk instead of one. I aim to be on the 3 mile by the end of the month. And I am back on a plan. Green Smoothie in the morning, raw salad or soup for lunch and then a clean, healthy, possibly vegan dinner at night. Snacks will be raw. And I will only weight on Monday mornings!

I also read the SP motivational page by Dean Anderson on intrinsic motivation. Very insightful and I love charts. So, I will be doing a journal of sorts to try and not only pin down my emotional triggers, but trying to focus on motivation from within rather than scales, numbers, clothes as well. I also will be adding more outdoor activities now that spring is here and trying to use my time more wisely. Depressed and sitting is way more dangerous than depressed and moving!
