Savoring a Healthy Evening Snack...

This evening I had the most refreshing smoothie ever, I put together 6 large strawberries, 1 individual size container vanilla yogurt, 1 small banana and a handful of ice, blended it all up and enjoyed a thick, rich & healthy smoothie!
