back up to 165

I knew it would go back up- I have not been so good about doing weights or my calorie range. or fruits. or my water. hmmm.. I need to gear back onto track this next week. I am still progressing though. 10lbs from 2/18/07 is a big achievment for me and I want to continue losing and feeling more healthy.
Maybe I'll do the Short But Hard Challenge again... I need focus and goals to motivate me. I lose track and give myself too much room if I don't focus myself and set goals for myself.
