Ok so I did the fit test of insanity this morning and HOLY BADOLEY!!! It was only 1/2 hour and I didn't even do all the moves thoroughly and as often as the people on the screen and my muscles were a-shaking when I was done. I can tell this program will blast me into shape. I am super excited. I just hope I can keep it up for the next 60 days. Do it for 60 minutes every day 6 days a week. Yay for one day breaks!
This Sunday I'm going to put up a before pic of me in a flubulous bikini of mine. Shield your eyes and prepare for the worst. Haha ok I know I am not morbidly obese, and I am at somebody's target weight. But I'm not at MY target weight, I'm ridiculously overweight. My body was meant to be a lean muscle ass-kicking machine baby! So here's to actually building that machine with effort and dedication. No excuses, I'm going all in.
Also I've taken up eating chicken every day and taking creatine protein powder. I've noticed I generally need more protein in my diet, and nuts give me way too much fat throughout the day. So protein powder here I am. It's a yummeh fruit punch flavor. Alrighty folks, this Sunday will truly be my first day to ultimately committing and pushing through the pain, laziness, and excuses. I'MA BE FIT!
