HLC#1 Goal Statement

My goals for the next 10 weeks

I am going to finish the C25K program again so I can run 3 miles without stopping and at least 1 mile at 5mph. I am also going to strength train upper and lower body at least 2 times a week.

I want to do this in order to slim my legs and tone. I build muscle quickly and my body responds to muscle by losing inches

When the challenge is up and I have consistently strength trained for at least 3 weeks in a row and have also run 3 miles and 1 mile at 5mph I will reward myself by buying a new iPad.

    that is awesome....great goals!!!! think I will add the 5k to mine for the challenge too! Thanks for motivating me to step it up!
    I actually had started the c25k program a few weeks ago on the treadmill at my gym but found out I apparently have motion sickness...I get extremely light headed when running on a treadmill. So I stopped....my goal is to run a 5k in 2012....what better time than now! THANKS!!!!
