HLC#1 Goal Statement

My goals for the next 10 weeks
I am going to finish the C25K program again so I can run 3 miles without stopping and at least 1 mile at 5mph. I am also going to strength train upper and lower body at least 2 times a week.
I want to do this in order to slim my legs and tone. I build muscle quickly and my body responds to muscle by losing inches
When the challenge is up and I have consistently strength trained for at least 3 weeks in a row and have also run 3 miles and 1 mile at 5mph I will reward myself by buying a new iPad.
