Reasons to be healthy and live a healthy lifestyle

1. Be healthy for my family
2. Be able to play with my granddaughter and any future grandkids
3. Long life
4. Success at work
5. Success in life!

As another Monday rolls around I find myself pondering the reasons that we do what we do. Why do we work? To be able to do the things we want to do in our fun life. So I will pack up my stuff and head off to work today. I'm looking forward to my lunchtime walk with my wonderful daugther, then coming home to do Week 3 day 1 of the C25k program.
