April Goals

This is going to be short and sweet and similar to March

- Cardio at least 3x/week. I want to increase this to at least 4 by the third week and I want at least 1x/week to be a morning workout prior to work.

- 3x/week

- 8 / day no matter what.

- To be in bed by 10:30 at the latest. This is an extra half hour than previously allotted, but if I am to get 2 hours of studying in and get my night time routine stabilized, I need that half hour.

- School requires a minimum 2 hours everyday!
My birthday is next week and combined with Easter, I want to have a fun month without overdoing things! Lets go April!
