where to start;

It's been one of those weeks...
I've eaten pretty much every time I see food. Not a lot, just consistently.
And the food wasn't good.
I'm trying to find a "carb lovers" cookbook or something along those lines, but there's too many different ones to choose from.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Or any time of recipes you'd like to share? To be honest, I'm not a big fish eater. I'll eat shrimp and that's about it. I take OMEGA vitamins. Bleh. lol I might be the only person in the world to be trying to diet and not enjoy fish.
But to be honest, I'm not a huge meat eater. I don't really like red meat, I eat chicken but not often. So.
If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.
Also, does anyone have a workout regime they do regularly? HELP spark friend!!
