Adjusting

Okay.... I am adjusting to making this into some type of routine that I can continue long range. I am counting a few things like actually moving around and playing with my son in the backyard, but that is because I am going from pretty seditary to moving again - and if anyone has ever played kickball or catch with a kid..................... You end up in a lot of funny positions sometimes.

However as I get into better condition I will stop counting those times unless it is a serious sweat dremched work out, because they should become normal everyday activities aside form working out. Especially with summer coming up. However I am completely confused on whether to count gardening or not............ especially since today I need to pick up the shovel and dig up the earth to turn it. Hmmmm, this is were it can get confusing for me.

    count gardening, because there are many gardeners here and they count that.
