Commitment is Key

Thursday, April 12, 2012

I am so thankful that I followed through with my goals for the day. I got all my shopping to start juicing and made my cabbage soup. For the next 2 weeks I am looking to really cleanse my body and move forward in my goals of being more healthy. I have enlisted an friend of mine to go on this journey with me. Today...she wasn't motivated to exercise...but I made sure to go forth on my own. I have to remember that no matter what Commitment is Key...and I am doing this for ME!

You CAN do it. Don't give up. Each day forward is that much closer to your goals!

I just finished and have benefited from: "Eat to Live" by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. He says that H = N / C (Heath = Nutrition / Calories) Think maximum nutrition, minimum calories.
