The weather here has turned upside down. This March was the warmest March in recorded history here. It was 12 degrees above normal. We even had hot and muggy days around 90. The past 2 days have mirrored our typical April. It got near to freezing on both nights. There was wide spread frost. We had to take our transplants in every night and cover the other tender plants with floating ground cover. My husband is always irritated by this.
On Tuesday I finally finished my son's taxes and our and got them ready to mail. It was a relief to get it over with. My husband continued to gather information for his mom's taxes.
On Wednesday I got my bills ready, my grocery list ready, and went to town to do errands and shopping. I picked up our mail and mailed our taxes at the post office, I went to the newspaper office, the accountants office, the power co-op, the bank. And then went to CVS, Walgreen's, Aldi, Kroger, and Wal-mart. My son was still home when I got done and he helped me unload everything and put it away.
Today I didn't feel well and I spent most of the morning in bed. My hubby got some important estate papers or I wouldn't have even gone to get the mail. I fed Baby and she came and ate today at least.
I managed to get some work done and fix a real meal. Hubby and I are still forcing ourselves to walk every day.
