The day went much better foodwise. I started the morning in the hotel lobby enjoying scrambled eggs, a few potatoes and a vanilla yogurt. I decided not to risk the unknown of breakfast at the Expo and it turned out to be a good choice as the only thing available was gluten-free muffins and coffee. I don't drink coffee and I really didn't want carbs only. For lunch I purchased a gluten-free turkey sandwich and a coke. By then I needed some caffeine to wake up a little! I enjoyed several small samples during the cooking classes I attended, but that was planned. For dinner I bought a grilled chicken salad from McD's with extra chicken for protein. I also stopped at Target on the way back to the hotel and bought a 12-pack of water bottles and a 6-pack of Dr. Pepper. In two short hours I've downed 32 oz. of unsweetened iced tea, 16 oz. DPepper and 64 oz. of water. I would say I'm a bit dehydrated wouldn't you?
